Spanish CIF
Last Thursday, the 17th of February 2022, Max Crowdfund and Stichting Max Crowdfund Security Trustee Foundation obtained a Spanish CIF (Certificado de Identificación Fiscal). This tax identification number is necessary to participate in any type of economic or financial activity in Spain. With this number we can officially finance Spanish projects and register securities in ‘Registro de la Propiedad’ (Land Registry), although for the time being the fundraiser still needs to be a company registered in the Netherlands, Germany or the UK. The CIF number of Max Crowdfund B.V. is N0235381A and the CIF number of Stichting Max Crowdfund Security Trustee Foundation is N0235390B.
With this tax ID number, we are one step closer to launching real estate crowdfunding projects in Spain!
