Manual interest payment of two loans
Due to an IT problem, the pay-out function of loan #639580 Wallasey CH44 5TP PART 1 and loan #609325 Worthing West Sussex malfunctioned. It was therefore decided last week to manually pay out the interest payments on these two loans. This was done on the 16th and 17th of June. The investors of these loans have received an email from us regarding this.

Cancelled loans
Three loans were cancelled last week. Both Coseley loans were cancelled (#839456 and #939363) due to a change in the terms of the loan agreement by the borrower's business partner. As a result, the borrower has decided not to continue the project. The loans were cancelled in our system on the 16th of June 2022 and the investors of these loans have received an email from us about this.

Loan #786869 Southend-on-Sea was cancelled in our system on the 17th of June 2022. This was due to the fact that the loan was not fully subscribed within the time frame, which meant the loan could not go through. The investors of this loan have received an email from us regarding this.
