Another new milestone for Max Crowdfund: a large loan was fully subscribed on March 1, 2022, and not just any loan: €1.24 million was raised thanks to 421 investors in just 22 days! This is the first time at Max Crowdfund such a large loan has been fully subscribed in such a short period of time. The record for 'most investors within one loan' was also broken. The loan concerns a large project called 'Rusland Pool Hotel' in Ulverston, in the United Kingdom. After a turbulent time due to COVID19, the hospitality sector is back with an increased demand for short holiday stays in our own country. The location of the Rusland Pool Hotel is perfect for visiting the popular lakes in the area.
Of the amount raised, €1,038,000 will be used to purchase the property. The remaining amount will be spent on other costs.
With these two new records set, Max Crowdfund is well on its way to reach its goal of providing bigger loans in different countries.
