In November, a whopping €2,611,500 was raised!
Five loans were filled on the Max Crowdfund platform during the month of November, including a German loan of €700,000, namely loan #1535591 Unterschleißheim, 85716, Germany. 355 investors filled this loan in 2 hours and 20 minutes. €1,490,500 was activated on the Max Crowdfund platform over the course of the month
So Many Awards, So Little Time...
November has been full of action for the Max Crowdfund team, with no less than three prestigious awards within the financial sector received in just one month. Starting with the Cashcow Awards on the 4th of November, Max Crowdfund won the category of Best Crowdfunding Platform 2022. Then we received news of winning the Global Awards Property Investment Platform of the Year 2022/23 just a week later, closely followed by receiving a nomination for the Golden Bull awards in the Best Crowdfunding category. Max Crowdfund attended the BeleggersFair, held in the Beurs van Berlage, represented by CEO Felix Berkhout, who gave a highly popular masterclass on investing in real estate through crowdfunding alongside Marketing Manager Marc Bakker.
