We announced the launch of Max Property Deutschland on the 6th of October 2017 and opened it to subscriptions from the 1st of November 2017. The total raised to date (as per the Q2 2019 MPD MIV Financial Report) is €1,780,000 and the total amount invested in real estate stands at €3,982,611. Investors have received their 8% interest on time and the cash flow projections show that the fund is healthy. The financial reports, portfolio and investment documentation can be found on Max Crowdfund, (please see instructions below). The fund will close on the 30th of September 2019. If you are interested in investing before the closing date, you can do so via this page on Max Crowdfund. You will have to hold an account on the platform and have reached Clearance Level 2.

The refinance process is progressing as planned, and all the valuation reports have been concluded. We are now dealing with the bank’s administration department to ensure that all information is complete according to their requirements before everything will officially be submitted for final approval.
