We haven’t been sitting still the last few weeks. We have published multiple loans, which were very successful. Recently we are offering loans in different countries, like Belgium, the United Kingdom and Germany. Besides, we published a loan with a great interest of 12% per annum. In this article, we will highlight our last three loans.
The loan in Zutendaal, Belgium, was published on the platform on Thursday the 22nd of July. The loan is backed by a first charge on the mortgage. For this loan, the risk class is B, which means that this is a low-risk loan. As a result, investors get a return of 7.5% per annum for nine months.
The detached villa has 1,196 m2 of land and is located in a residential area. The house was built in 1991 and was completely renovated in 2016. As such, it is now in perfect condition and ready to move into. Zutendaal is known as the greenest municipality in Flanders because of its location in the middle of nature, as it is located in the Hoge Kempen National Park. To realize the purchase, the fundraiser’ Allround Rent BV’ was looking for € 350,000 financing.
The loan was fully subscribed by 58 investors within 10 hours and 40 minutes.
The loan in Blackburn, the United Kingdom, was published on the platform on Monday the 2nd of August at 11.00 CET. The loan is backed by a first charge on the mortgage and additional securities. For this loan, the risk class is C, which means that this is a relatively low-risk loan. As a result, investors get a great return of 12% per annum for nine months.
The property developer has been working on this project for a while, located in Feniscowles, a great area just outside Blackburn. According to local estate agents, the area is highly desirable to live in and enjoys a significant demand for property. The fundraiser ‘Corbelo Capital’ was looking for € 250,000 financing to realize the purchase and renovation.
The loan was fully subscribed by 26 investors within the first 6 minutes after going live.
The last published loan on the platform is a special one. TV & Radio presenter, model and property investor Elizabeth Warburton has selected Max Crowdfund to finance the purchase and renovation of a 3-bedroom semi-detached villa in Liverpool, the United Kingdom. This loan was published on Saturday, the 7th of August.
The loan is backed by real estate via a first mortgage and is for a total amount of €250,000, pays 10% interest per year, has a 12-month term, and the interest is paid monthly.
The house is in an excellent solid-state but requires refurbishment throughout. It will need a re-wire, new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and decorating throughout. The huge garden will also be modernized.
The loan was fully subscribed by 62 investors within 34 minutes without a private round before going live.
