The annual report of 2021 is available
From now on, the annual report of 2021 is available in your account. You will find your annual report when you log in on Max Crowdfund under the heading ‘Account’. Here you will also find the previous annual reports if you already have an account with Max Crowdfund. You can easily download these and they can also be used for the tax return.
18 loans published and €5,342,000 raised
In February, no fewer than 18 loans were published, where we raised a total amount of €5,342,000. A result we are proud of!
In addition, we also broke two records with a loan in February. One of our largest loans ever, with a target amount of €1,240,000, was funded by 421 investors in only 22 days. This is so far the highest number of investors that invested in one loan. These are of course big steps in the growth of Max Crowdfund. Spanish CIF obtained
On the 17th of February 2022, Max Crowdfund and Stichting Max Crowdfund Security Trustee Foundation obtained a Spanish CIF (Certificado de Identificación Fiscal). This tax identification number is necessary to participate in any type of economic or financial activity in Spain. With this number we can officially finance Spanish projects and register securities in ‘Registro de la Propiedad’ (Land Registry), although for the time being the fundraiser still needs to be a company registered in the Netherlands, Germany or the UK. The CIF number of Max Crowdfund B.V. is N0235381A and the CIF number of Stichting Max Crowdfund Security Trustee Foundation is N0235390B.
With this tax ID number, we are one step closer to launching real estate crowdfunding projects in Spain!
