We've had a really great first year where we funded more than €11 million in loans, raised €4.25 million through our equity round and our customer base has grown tremendously. All things that we are very happy with and for which we would like to thank all our customers.
In 2022, we expect to continue our growth by publishing even more loans and growing our customer base. We are currently working hard on the European Crowdfunding license. At the moment, of course, we have an exemption from the AFM (Dutch Financial Authority), but from November 2022 all crowdfunding platforms must have the European license. This is necessary to be able to provide financing via crowdfunding. The advantage of the European license is that we can then operate throughout Europe.

Did you know that you can earn money by registering a friend or family member on the platform? We have a great referral program where both you and your introduction can earn money. To give you an idea, in 2021 we have already distributed more than €15,000 to customers through the referral program. Below is a brief explanation of the program:
In your account you will find a unique link, as soon as people create an account via this link, they will be listed under your introductions. As soon as your friend starts investing, you will receive 1.25% of all investments during the first 180 days. Your friend will receive a 0.5% discount on all investments during the first 90 days.
You can find your unique code in your account under 'Referrals'. In your account you will also find banners and further explanation about the referral program. If you don't have an account yet, create one quickly and refer your friends!

2021 was the first full year that the Max Crowdfund platform was up and running. It was also a very successful year. We wrote an article about all our milestones we achieved this year.
