When we announced in 2018 that we were going to develop an international real estate crowdfunding platform on blockchain technology, Max Crowdfund, we received a lot of interest from the crypto world and many people registered an account to get free tokens. It turns out that these users were not really interested in investing in the investment opportunities offered on Max Crowdfund and as such this has left us with a "dirty" database. We have now decided to remove anyone who has not done any KYC or even logged in for the past 6 months.
To give you a better idea of our customer base at the moment we have some data, which we will share with you. We currently have over 60,000 registered email addresses, of which 33.241 have been inactive for over 6 months. Even after repeated contact from our side. In addition, we have about 12,000 users on the platform who have gone through the full KYC process but have not yet verified their accounts. We are actively reaching out to everyone to complete their accounts.
We are going to remove the inactive contacts from our system so that our database will be cleaner and our statistics more accurate.
Once in a while, it is necessary to pick up tasks like this. Therefore, we have decided to clean up our customer database now, so that we can enter 2022 with a clean slate!
