In August, a whopping €1,255,000 was raised!
Three loans were filled on the Max Crowdfund platform during the month of August, including a sizeable UK loan of €635,000, specifically loan #1113632 Wilmslow, SK9 6HL, United Kingdom. 356 investors filled this loan in 11 days, 7 hours and 6 minutes. In addition, €560,000 were repaid to investors on the Max Crowdfund platform.

Max Property Deutschland Update
As you may already know, Max Property Funds are a part of the Max Property Group. The first property fund was launched in 2016, and in 2017, two additional bonds were released, one in Germany and another in the United Kingdom.
We are delighted to announce that Max Property Group signed the sales contract with the purchasing party on the 1st of September to sell the entire property fund in Germany. The Max Property Deutschland fund sales completion is scheduled for November 2022 to allow for some documentation to be finalised. Naturally, everyone involved will receive an additional email about this exciting news as soon as all financial details have been finalized.
The Max Crowdfund team is growing
Over the summer, the Max Crowdfund team has grown significantly. We have acquired a Financial Controller to oversee the company’s financial procedures. In addition, we have hired a new Head of IT. He will ensure that the current platform runs smoothly and is working hard on the new platform development with the IT team. As previously mentioned, our debt management department has also been expanded to allow Max Crowdfund to better monitor all payments across the platform and contact the right people when necessary.
