Max Crowdfund has financed 20 million in loans in just over a year. A result we are proud of! This was the first full year that the platform has been live.
The platform received approval from the Dutch Financial Authorities (AFM) in July 2020, making Max Crowdfund the world's first blockchain-powered real estate crowdfunding platform. Subsequently, in September of the same year, the first loan was published.
It didn't stop there and soon many new loans followed in different countries. So far, Max Crowdfund has successfully funded no fewer than 64 investment opportunities. This is thanks to the hundreds of active investors on the platform.
The smaller loans (from €100,000 – €300,000) are usually funded within a few minutes. The larger loans are normally successfully funded within a few days up to a month.
“We are delighted to have had such a successful first year. This bodes well for the future," says CEO Felix Berkhout. The goal of Max Crowdfund is to achieve international growth, with the platform being active in every possible country.
